Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Take customer orders, operate tills, and process payments accurately.
- Prepare food quickly while maintaining KFC’s high quality standards.
- Keep the restaurant clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
- Work closely with team members to deliver fast, efficient, and excellent customer service.
- Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
- Can stay calm and organised during busy periods.
- Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Is reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
