Job Overview
Starbucks is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join its team as Baristas. Key Responsibilities
As a Barista, you will:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and food according to Starbucks standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating friendly and genuine customer connections.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, cash handling, and store security procedures.
- Support teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations.
- Help create Starbucks’ welcoming “Third Place” atmosphere where customers feel comfortable and valued.
Working Hours
This role requires flexibility and may include:
- Early mornings
- Evenings
- Weekends
- Public holidays
- Occasional night shifts
Training & Development
