About the Role
Apleona is looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaner to join the team in Magor, Monmouthshire. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment at the client’s premises while delivering high standards of cleaning in line with BICS guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain designated areas to a high standard.
- Use cleaning equipment, products, and materials safely and effectively.
- Follow BICS cleaning standards and colour-coding procedures.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, tidy, and hygienic.
- Report any maintenance or health and safety concerns.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete daily cleaning tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service while working on-site.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- BICSc qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of cleaning industry colour-coding procedures.
- Good communication skills and a good standard of spoken English.
- Basic Maths and English skills.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to support the team when needed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
