About the Role
The London EDITION is looking for a passionate, dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join its Housekeeping team.
As a Room Attendant, you’ll play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for every guest. From perfectly prepared beds to spotless rooms and carefully arranged amenities, your attention to detail will help ensure guests feel comfortable and at home throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Cleaning and preparing guest rooms to a high standard.
- Making beds and changing/folding linen.
- Replacing guest amenities and room supplies.
- Removing rubbish, used linen and room-service items.
- Responding professionally to guest requests.
- Straightening furniture, desks and room appliances.
- Dusting, polishing and removing marks from furnishings and walls.
- Vacuuming carpets and carrying out general floor-care duties.
- Maintaining excellent cleanliness and presentation standards.

The role involves standing, walking and sitting for extended periods and the ability to move and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. Safety training and certification will be provided as required.
