About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure an outstanding dining experience for every guest.
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage and develop staff, maintain high food and service standards, and ensure the restaurant operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant.
- Lead, motivate and support the restaurant team.
- Recruit, train, schedule and evaluate staff.
- Monitor food preparation and production to ensure consistent quality.
- Work closely with kitchen staff on menu execution, cooking techniques and presentation.
- Maintain high food hygiene, safety and sanitation standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange orders for supplies.
- Control costs and support restaurant profitability.
- Promote teamwork, leadership and continuous improvement.
- Ensure company hospitality and operational standards are consistently maintained.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Previous supervisory or team-management experience in hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, production and safety procedures.
- Hands-on experience in restaurant or kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with beverage or barista operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English required.
- Cantonese and/or Mandarin required.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
