About the Role
West Midlands Safari Park is looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Assistant to join the team responsible for maintaining its luxury Safari Lodge accommodation.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring that accommodation is presented to an exceptionally high standard, helping create a memorable experience for guests staying at the park.
This is a varied role involving cleaning, housekeeping and stock-management duties. Although the position is primarily non-customer-facing, you may occasionally interact with guests and will be expected to maintain a friendly and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain Safari Lodge accommodation to a high standard.
- Ensure rooms and facilities are presented beautifully for arriving guests.
- Complete cleaning duties within required deadlines without compromising quality.
- Manage and replenish housekeeping supplies and stock.
- Carry out physical cleaning and housekeeping tasks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Follow workplace procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests when required.
