Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle general enquiries
- Welcome visitors and provide front-desk support
- Manage emails, web enquiries, and social media platforms
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management
- Prepare basic correspondence, letters, and reports
- Handle post, deliveries, and outgoing mail
- Assist with bookings, appointments, and scheduling
- Support engineers with job allocations and admin tasks
- Process customer feedback, invoices, and card payments
- Maintain records using office systems and software
Requirements:
- GCSE (or equivalent) required
- Previous office experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Must be based in or near Greenwich (SE10)
- Right to work in the UK preferred
