✔ Prepare ingredients and organise the kitchen for daily service
✔ Cook and present breakfast dishes to a high standard
✔ Follow recipes and presentation guidelines for consistency
✔ Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
✔ Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods
✔ Work closely with the team to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
✅ Ideal Candidate
✔ Previous kitchen experience essential
✔ Café or breakfast service experience highly preferred
✔ Good understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
✔ Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
✔ Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment
✔ Strong teamwork and organisational skills
