About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaner to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment while ensuring all cleaning standards and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard within designated areas.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained, cleaned, and used safely.
- Follow health and safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Use cleaning products and chemicals correctly and responsibly.
- Complete all required training to perform the role effectively.
- Work collaboratively with team members while also being able to work independently.
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Flexible and proactive approach to work.
- Honest, dependable, and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong work ethic and professional manner.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
