The Connaught, an award-winning 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Mayfair, is seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Casual Events Waiters/Waitresses to join our Events Operations team.

The Role
As a Casual Events Waiter/Waitress, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional service across a variety of events and functions. You will help create memorable guest experiences by providing attentive, professional, and personalised service that reflects the high standards of The Connaught.
Working alongside an experienced events team, you will ensure every guest receives warm hospitality and seamless service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding food and beverage service during events and functions
- Provide a warm, professional, and personalised guest experience
- Build positive relationships with guests and clients
- Support the events team to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation and attention to detail

About You

You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in hospitality, events, or luxury service environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, calm, and confident approach
- Strong attention to detail
