About the Role
F1® Arcade is redefining entertainment by combining immersive Formula 1 racing simulation with premium hospitality and social experiences. We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our London venue.
You will play a key role in creating an exceptional first impression for every guest while helping ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
- Create a positive first impression of the venue
- Handle guest enquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
- Manage reservations and walk-ins to maintain smooth guest flow
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams for timely service
- Support the overall guest experience and venue operations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or entertainment is an advantage
- Passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
