About the Role
Join AFC Wimbledon and Aramark for the upcoming 2026/2027 season as a Casual Retail Assistant. Be part of the team creating unforgettable matchday experiences for fans and event-goers at the Cherry Red Records Stadium.
You’ll serve guests with energy and professionalism, help deliver food and beverages efficiently, and support the smooth running of retail operations during games and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service to all guests
- Serve food, beverages, and alcohol professionally and safely
- Handle payments and transactions accurately
- Assist with kiosk setup before events and clean-down afterward
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable personality and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and efficient in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and match/event days
- Must be 18+ (due to alcohol service requirements)
