About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join a busy retail store in Stockport. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service.
You will play an important role in creating a positive shopping experience and supporting the store team in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with product information and advice
- Process sales transactions at the till accurately
- Recommend and promote additional products to customers
- Support the team in achieving store sales targets and KPIs
- Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well presented
- Process deliveries efficiently and accurately
- Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and well organised
- Carry out other general store duties as required
