About the Role
A full-time Housekeeper is required to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming residential community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team, takes pride in cleanliness, and is committed to delivering excellent service for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean reception areas, offices, communal spaces, and restrooms.
- Maintain the cleanliness of shared amenities and common areas.
- Perform daily litter collection across external areas of the property.
- Refresh vacant apartments and show flats to ensure they remain presentable.
- Complete weekly water flush-downs in vacant units in accordance with health and safety procedures.
- Support apartment preparation for new residents when required.
- Report maintenance issues and potential safety hazards to the relevant team.
- Respond to resident requests and assist with housekeeping-related concerns.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when stock needs replenishing.
- Use cleaning materials and equipment efficiently while maintaining high standards.
Requirements
- Ability to read and understand English for safety instructions, cleaning products, and workplace procedures.
- Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.
- Experience using cleaning equipment and products safely.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a residential, hospitality, or customer-focused environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to follow established procedures.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
