The Role
As a Field Sales Assistant, you’ll meet customers face-to-face, introducing them to our smart security solutions and helping them choose a system that best suits their home or business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Converting warm leads into successful sales
- Generating new business through residential and business canvassing
- Carrying out customer security surveys
- Recommending tailored security solutions
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Generating referrals from satisfied customers
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer service
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Access to a vehicle during your first few months of employment
