Salary: £23,414.30 – £27,428.18 per year
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- During peak periods, shifts may alternate between 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday mornings (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM) on a rotational basis
- Overtime paid at time and a half
About the Role
Wolfrace Wheels is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team. The successful candidate must hold a full UK driving licence and a valid Flexi Forklift Licence. This is a hands-on role involving warehouse operations, stock management, and order fulfilment while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, move, and repack stock safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Process goods in and goods out using barcode scanning systems.
- Carry out stock counts and support inventory control activities.
- Perform quality checks on products before dispatch.
- Operate a Flexi Forklift safely and efficiently.
- Fit tyres as required.
- Load and unload deliveries, including manual handling of products and shipping containers.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely.
- Maintain accurate stock records and follow stock rotation procedures.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and report any hazards or concerns.
- Attend training sessions and continuously develop relevant skills.
- Support the wider warehouse team with additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Valid Flexi Forklift Licence.
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to health and safety.
