About the Role
GXO is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join its Screwfix distribution centre in Runcorn. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced warehouse workers and individuals looking to start or develop a career in logistics.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Assist with inbound, outbound, and stock control operations
- Handle products carefully while maintaining quality standards
- Meet daily productivity and performance targets
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
- Follow all health, safety, and operating procedures
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
