About the Role
As a member of the Bar & Waiting team, you will provide excellent customer service while ensuring guests enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable visit. Whether you’re serving drinks, taking food orders, or assisting customers during their meal, you’ll play an important role in delivering outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Prepare and serve drinks to company standards
- Recommend food and beverages to guests
- Take food and drink orders and deliver excellent table service
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised bar area
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
