Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Support guests with their questions and requests
- Help maintain clean and comfortable hotel rooms
- Work across different hotel departments as required
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
- Work as part of a supportive and friendly team
