Key Responsibilities
- Keep lobbies, public areas and other spaces clean and tidy
- Support housekeeping, restaurant and banqueting teams
- Help set up rooms and move furniture when required
- Respond professionally to customer requests
- Assist with reception-related duties when needed
- Run errands and provide general support
- Help maintain a safe environment for customers and colleagues
- Place and remove wet-floor and safety signage as required
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer care
