About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Room Attendant to join our hotel team in Coventry.
The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining excellent cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel, ensuring guest bedrooms are prepared to a high standard and ready for arrival.
We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, a professional appearance and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service. The ability to work efficiently under pressure is essential in this busy hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, corridors and public areas to a high standard.
- Ensure bedroom presentation meets company brand standards.
- Change and replenish bed linen, towels and guest amenities.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Complete rooms efficiently and within required timeframes.
- Coordinate with linen porters regarding linen and equipment requirements.
- Use, clean and maintain housekeeping equipment correctly.
- Replenish housekeeping trolleys and storerooms daily.
- Complete scheduled weekly and monthly cleaning duties.
- Carry out deep-cleaning tasks as required.
- Follow all Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
